I thought my seat wasn't heating, then I got into some stretches of trails where I could get some RPMs. Wow, it gets warm then. Make sure you get some RPMs before assuming it isn't working.
I have set the time on my clock several times and it always resets to 12:00AM at some point and it also never changes to reflect minutes going by. I rode for 15 hours and it stayed at 12:00AM. And, no, the battery has not been disconnected at any point which I would expect to cause such a...
I see 168 to 186 regularly... Over the past 2 days in Northern Wisconsin, I went into limp mode 7 times (over 210) and had to shut her down a few times when I couldn't find snow to kick up.
If anyone is on the fence over whether to buy the Barn of Parts power steering kit... BUY IT!
After nearly 300 miles of twisty curvies in Northern Wisconsin, I can tell you I no longer miss my Apex's power steering. What a marvelous difference this kit makes!!
Thanks for developing and...
Your comments are exactly why I bought one for this year and am giving ridelites as Christmas gifts to rider friends! Got mine from the Yamaheater dude. They are in production. Great price too!

Yeah, I alw

That is a touring sledder's wet dream right there! That is perfect for a week to 10 days straight on the trails. Should be quite manageable at hotels for overnights too. Great job!
ride the souix to abitibi canyon to wawa to hearst to timmons to smooth rock to sudbury to foliet to halfway haven... kinda all over for me and 3500 miles without trouble and studless. p.s. not in that order above... just to get an idea of territory covered.

I'm looking to retire this winter too. Love the Dubreville to Timmons corridor too. Also, will do close to 6k miles this year. At age 50, that work thing just gets too much in the way of sledding! So, work has to go...
Maybe we'll meet on Trail 'A' if timing's right or I can make your ride...
