You get a new stubshaft.

On Nytros and Vipers the pickup for timing reads off the Stubshaft. Sidewinder it reads off the Flywheel so nothing on Stubshaft. Reluctor looks basically like a gear.

Did you check the timing indicator that sometimes moves. It's on the stubshaft.

You remove the Stubshaft and make sure the mark on gear and shaft line up.

Maybe a little green loctite to retain the knock out ring in the stubshaft?

Well the Stubshaft from Hurricane is $500. I am hoping to find the rest of parts used from a blown Winder motor. If not its easily over $500 more for the rest and I would be replacing the Stubshaft bearings since its out already.
