I bought a battery boost unit and it paid off last winter. I pulled up to get gas, shut it off, filled up and the battery was toast when I went to start it. As mentioned they are so small now they pack easy.

I didn't notice darting when slowing down mostly when cruising the trails but thanks for the heads up

I know this topic has probably been beat to death so sorry but I just installed a pair of Woodies 4" dual carbides on my ZR 7000 El Tigre and wondered if I need to stud the track, my sled darted badly with single carbides last year

The rail mounts work great. As others mentioned the track creates a vacuum and sucks all of the snow/dust up front to the rad. I am curious if the ski mounted scratchers work as well as the rail mount. Sleds with the exchangers under the foot wells the ski mounted scratchers work very well

I love the Yamaha 1049cc engine in my El Tigre 7000 but never liked the baby blue of the Viper. The black and green does catch my eye....obviously. So much that I bought a El Tigre 6000 this past spring with much the same colouring for my wife. I am sad to see the 1049cc engine dropped by AC

You will love this engine, good on gas, low maintenance and is a real torque monster. Hitting the fun lever out of a corner on the trails is quite a rush...….enjoy

I would not want to be the second wave of sleds off the line, the roost would cause some serious hurt....ouch!

Once those engines are up to temp they stay warm for a long time even in the winter. You covering it up would have extended the cool down time no question. I put my balaclava and gloves on the goggle mesh in front of the steering and even after a 15 min rest on the trail they are very warm to...

WOW as a Cat guy I did not think about Yami buying out Cat but it does kind of make since the law suit is now in place....again! Could be a smoke and mirrors type of rumour. Who knows what arrangements Cat and Yami made to cover Cat's butt knowing that Cat had made a mistake years back
