    Gas gauge

I bought a used fuel sender and a used gauge pod. Turns out the pod is hooched. Does anyone know if I can take the gizmo from the old pod and put it in the new one to keep my total mileage correct? Where is the total mileage amount stored? I like showing people it has 21 000 + kilometers on...

    End of season review

Mine sat in the shop and in my garage most of the season. All kinds of issues, but was told Yamaha parts warehouse in Toronto shut down due to covid-19. I am hoping I will eventually be content with Virus. I did get phenomenal gas mileage with it after I was injured and had to ride easy. Better...

    upper gear bushing

I would like to think we should be afforded state of the art technology. I mean Virus was over $20 000. And they have been building reverse in sleds for what, 50 years?

Input on piecing up Hurricane power up kit

Ulmer had a sweet package I bought used. Excel exhaust, pc5, ulmer clutching, k&n air filter. Not small change new. Then went from 21 to 20 tooth top gear. Nice mod for added torque.

Know your warranty and what Yamaha doesn’t do.

We would all be better off if Yamaha concerned itself about quality and customer care over producing junk just in time.

Know your warranty and what Yamaha doesn’t do.

This just seems wrong. "Sorry, we spent to much on warranty so you have no more warranty". Has anyone seen this on other products?

    Nytro idle prolbem

I have a similar problem. Low idle speed when warm and stumbles a bit when I am working the deep when it is warm. Seems to get a little worse the longer I push it in the snow.

    Heated Seat won't work.

I wonder if my problem is where these two little black wires from elements may have broke off where they connect to the larger ones? No insulation but still attached.

    Heated Seat won't work.

First. YPP warranty will not cover a failed seat warmer, only in first year of original warranty. If you are able to get to the dealer before a year is up , fine. If not you can go pound sand. Second, a Yamaha tech told me my element is shot. I rook it apart and everything seems ok. This plug is...

    Gas gauge

I took it apart. The float contactors did not seem to be making contact all the way through it's sweep after testing with an ohm meter. I cleaned that up and tested with an ohm meter again. It now tests ok but that didnt solve my issue. Either wore out sender (20800 k), gauge is messed (the case...
