Hard to believe the inside wheels were totally destroyed, 2 of the 4 outside one were delaminating. 1700 mikes or so on them. What are the JT wheels made from?they have something impregnated in them with some specs of colors.

Do the other tuners compensate for the added heat in center cylinders?

sounds like all 3 are having trouble, who’s 250 tune is having trouble, please elaborate.

look for one of these covers that go over the vent, you can leave it wide open and keeps the rain out.

Mine has a big crank up vent on the top and I have a plastic shroud that covers the vent it stays open all the time

Holy cats, I store mine after each ride in in unheated trailer, or in unheated garage, skid full of snow, it still looks like new, that sled in question looks like it was hauled in open trailer with no cover on it. Might have slipped it in a covered one to make it look like it was hauled in it...

Installing stainless 1/4-20 riv nuts. Stripped the threads right off . Can the side panel be removed without removing exhaust pipe? Without ordering a new 1/4. -20 part for the tool I just j. b weld a few of the riv nuts turned out fine.

Now something else to chew on, I’ve been using Scott Taylor gears & chain in my 14 turbo, and now on my t -cat, and 15w-40 synthetic diesel oil, with great results.

Is this how the shift fork rides on gear, the assembly came off when I took off cover, my dumb #*$&@ didn’t take out the gear that rides off solonoid , and pulled the top gear off, along with shift fork. And there was a washer on the inside of case. That goes on the middle gear correct?
