After removing my seat, fuel tank and clutches, i was able to find that the front heat exchanger was leaking from a weld. Has anyone replaced this before? If so do you have any advice on how to remove it, I would appreciate it, it looks like a big job.

Looking to buy a GPS so I can get an accurate speed check on my sled. I am looking for suggestions on a brand and model to purchase. Let me know what you guys think is good.

Does anyone know why the TPS only shows 80% at full throttle and 3.8 volts? There is another post with pics of someones speedometer showing this, and I checked mine while riding and it shows the same thing at WOT. Top speed on mine is 90MPH
