Ya I thought of that while I was giving it some love taps. If I can get it back out I will have to give it a shot i thought it should be a somewhat of a loose fit with that sleeve and nut. I don’t want to take that nut off in case that sleeve expands and I can’t get it to start again

Old thread but does anyone have any tips to getting the jack shaft back into a new bearing on the chaincase side? I got it flush with the sleeve/ nut but I’m hitting the shaft harder then I’d like to while holding pressure on the bearing

I know it’s an old thread but. Has anyone found a fix for these rollers yet? I tried the ones with krylon bushings or what ever It’s called, And just checking the sled over and the rollers are toast with about 300 miles on them. Maybe I should be looking deeper at something?

Saved the oil. Got it apart. There was lots of shavings in the magnets. Cleaned it all up and works like a charm.
