The difference is huge throttle response is amazing a real arm puller this is the way it should have been done from the factory in the first place. Hats off to John at Pro Line for producing such wonderful results. My buddy who rides a MXZx 600sdi could not believe how big the difference was and...
From what I understand there systems are on the loud side of the scale when it comes to aftermarket exhaust, have you had any personal exp. with MBRP systems.
Re: 2007 SNEAK PEAK
I love my Apex but if this sled is compact and light with razor sharp handling and a power package to boot {twin 800 turbo 4stroke}, I think I would lay down a depoist this spring. I hope its a good year because I really like my Apex and would want to hold on to it to...
No #*$&@ sherlock, loud = DB Is it exhaust noise, intake rushing air noise, mechanical sound, I was asking you this because I'm interested in the kit. My turbo Audi with an air filter kit sounds great and is a nice mod with seat of the pants gains, I'm hoping to find a kit for the Apex that gets...
I am thinking of trying double and single 144 Mega Bites 1.325" down the center pattern of Woody's and using there 7 degree angled backer plate. Does anyone have this setup on there sled our the angled backers? If so what are your thoughts.
All things considered snow conditions are ok, hard packed icy base the metal studs are staying in place its the lugs breaking off some taking the studs with it.
I was reving 10,600ish on the lake some bare ice with an inch or two of snow, in deep snow revs 400rpm lower. Distance was about a mile or so. Suited up I'm 185 lbs. The dream meter was at 194kmh.
They said send a picture and they will let me know if its covered, if they can not tell from picture I have to send the track back. I'm going to stud the Rip Saw that came with the sled, I think with 144 gold diggers 1.325
I got beat bad by a Mack Z yesterday so I think its time to get a move on with some performance mods as I have up to now been concerned with handling. I felt like a 600 VS 800 it was not even a race, sled was reving 10,600-10,700 and has 1500 km and gets about 180km per tank of fuel.
When I say the ski pushs I'm describing the fact that instead of tracking on a desired line it slides/pushs and requires more steering effort, it is not as bad as stock but out the 4 skis I have tested in the last two weeks I would rate the Razor 3.
