I am pretty sure you need to add a washer in between plug and large washer to close secondary. Washers between bolt head and large washer are there for storage and don't affect secondary at all

Yes on the alcohol & q tip. I don't remember if the corrosion was necessarily visible. I think back when it happened I called Td and Ben recommended to try this

My flasher died on me a few yrs back. There was corrosion inside, had to open case and clean them, it has worked ever since. Fyi: I don't leave flasher on sled anymore, put it in gear bag when sled is sitting!

Our group is using 4 oz acetone bottles from Walmart. One season of use so far, no leaks. The bottles are staining brown a little bit.

My rotor was stuck and would not wiggle off. So I pulled my rotor off with a puller and bolts thru the rotor. Of course mine is a LE with holes in rotor! Worked good, just have be gentle
