    It is not uncommon to have to clean the carbs twice or even more. Also the coils will arc against each other. Start the sled in the dark and look for a light show.

    Mine has been JB'd 10 + years, not a drip. Fixed it in the garage at Alger Falls Motel in Muni. Back on trail next day and every day since. To repair it this way is a ditchbangers quick repair and a common practice.

    Sounds like a clogged jet Im sorry to say. So it sounds like you need to clean them again. Im about to clean mine for the second time this season with only 5 miles on her so far. Shitty gas.

    Wow, thanks Rob. Im a little confused. So do these work alone by just velcroing around around the handlebars? or do they need to be placed over a harder hand guard? Do you have any mounted pics up close?

    best place to connect a heated visor

    a heated shield wire directly hooked to the battery. Very cold, didnt have any starting fluid, and not a very fresh battery. Jumped boxed it and a puff of smoke came out from where it mounted to the battery. It still wouldnt start, went and found some starting and vroom, started right up.

    direct to the battery. I melted one once when I was doing a lot of cranking with a jump box on a cold day (ran out of starting fluid).
