Will not crank, sound might be coming from the Starter relay possibly? If this are not working properly do they click or make the whining noise like it is trying to connect. I assume the starter relay is only available from Yamaha or do you know if an auto parts store may carry?

If your oil tank was over-filled what is the impact? Would you see additional oil in the air-box?

Received the unit today, plugs directly into existing wire harness, less than two minutes to install. Quality of the product looks great, hopefully the weather gods will be nice and we will not totally loose our base and I can test on the trails this weekend. (':Rockon:')

There are spares on the sled at the fusebox. I have only had the 3amp faceshield fuse blow, I now carry extras cause sometimes the wife unhooks directly from the helmet and lets the cord touch the metal on the machine and poof the fuse blows.
