Put on 125 mikes on yesterday, I was the only sled at Boon Fire pit, seen a handful of sleds all day, figured I best get out before the rain comes later this week, happy New Year folks.sled runs way better with the 3” sandale compared to the 2.5 I had .

I am using the precision 2.5” exhaust now, thinking about going to a 3”, has anybody got the 3” TD super quiet exhaust, I just don’t want the drone . I would consider Hurricane also. I see sandale offers a couple exhaust systems too.

My stock T-Cat stickers were coming off, so I took all of them off and had a couple zrt stickers made, just something simple didn’t want a full wrap

Installing stainless 1/4-20 riv nuts. Stripped the threads right off . Can the side panel be removed without removing exhaust pipe? Without ordering a new 1/4. -20 part for the tool I just j. b weld a few of the riv nuts turned out fine.

Is this how the shift fork rides on gear, the assembly came off when I took off cover, my dumb #*$&@ didn’t take out the gear that rides off solonoid , and pulled the top gear off, along with shift fork. And there was a washer on the inside of case. That goes on the middle gear correct?

Any rail fans here? I used to ride along with my Dad when he was an engineer for the csx, he worked there for 45 years.

Buddy’s winder is coming out of forward gear into neutral, did it a few times yesterday, 2000 miles on, needless to say he not to pleased, anybody have this happen to their sled,
