Need to get shocks revalved. Going to have fronts [basic e/r] done at same time. Hoping if i get all four done at once i can get a balanced package. Any suggestions on where to send them? Thanks

06 APEX, sled cranks over fine but won't start. When i turn the key on the speedo needle sweeps but the fuel pump doesn't hum like it should. I switched relays around and that didn't help. Can hear relay click after a few seconds so don't think that is the problem. Is there a fuse for the fuel...
