Just to confirm slymax, that is routing a hose from the MCX add on over flow tank? I'm thinking your right about routing it towards centre of sled then down.

I noticed a slight rattle aswell on primary, rod/bolts holding rollers are loose, tapped them (to test) and its not the bolts. Took primary to dealer and went through and inspected primary, little o-ring behind sliders were in good shape, they had No idea about a .020 shim. I will re-install...

I was also curious, just called Price George Yamaha, MCX distributer, they recommended 8650rpm for there 12# boost set up.
