    Storage Question

Fill the tank with super ad some startron and it will be good to go next season. Take out the battery and take off the belt. I have never had to fog a 4 stroke for summer storage.

    Aftermarket Header

I noticed improved torque with my stock pipe as compared to my ultra Q. Definately better for tight trail riding. My skinz pipe is sitting in the shed now.

    Venture lite choices

I need a little input on the venture lites. I am looking for a fun two up for the family and I have my eye on two. One is an 07 with 1k miles and lots of goodies, picks, hitch, cover, powder skis, and new spare belt for $5k. The other is an 09 with 1200 miles and no goodies for $5999 at a...

stock can VS. aftermarket performance ?

I recently went back to my stock pipe, so I wouldn't be "that guy" in our town and I have to say I picked up some much appreciated torque in the midrange. I was very surprised. Works much better in the tight woods trails that I ride. Now I ride the torque instead of pinning it and waiting for...

    Phazer rear suspension issues, again.

I love my little phazer, but I almost sent it packing last week. I broke the front pivot arm again for the second time. Rather than sell it and buy something else, I have decided to try to fix the skid once and for all. My thoughts were to send out my shocks for revalve and switch to a...

    136 help

I added 9 inches to tunnel overall. the extensions were 8.5 from axle center to center. I went a little longer in case I go longer in the future. I probably could have gotten away with 7.5, but I didn't want to limit myself later on. I wish it would snow. Hard to believe but we havn't had...

    136 help

Thanks, getting is straight and square is the hard part. It wasn't bad though. You want it to fit up well so it isn't under stress just being bolted in, that would lead to stress cracks.

What size studs for stock ripsaw?

I ran 48 in mine, did well. No studs ripped out. I am now using a 136 track with no studs.

    136 help

I had it laying around the shop. I ended up going with pipe that matched the o.d. of the stock bumper, I thought it looked better. I finally finished the install tonight and here are some pics.

    136 help

Finally got the rear skid in, man it is tight! I made up the tunnel extension, and mocked up my bumper, so it is ready to weld tomorrow. Finally in: Cheap #*$&@ aluminum break: Bent and scotchbrighted: Mock up: Light duty rivets to test fit for bumper: Stock bumper...

    136 help

thanks, do you happen to have the rear axle center to center distance? I am looking for the length of rear axle position before and after. Track is used, well used. I expected it would be kinda sloppy, not as tight as it is.

    136 help

I am working on a 136 kit for my phazer. I got the track usa extensions and I am using a camoplast track #0602-904. With the rear skid in there doesn't seem to be enough slack to get the rear axle and wheels in. the skid went in real hard with no rear axle in it. The part number on the...
