Have you had your air box off and tried to put the short hose that goes under the air box back on what a pain in the back side. I thought I had it on and fired up the sled for a couple of seconds and oil all over the place. Spent about 30 minutes trying to get it back on and a zip tie to hold it...

You don't have to over heat for coolant to go out the overflow tube it just has to get hotter than normal temps. I had this happen and thought I had a coolant leak as there was coolant under the sled. So I took off the cover on the bottom of the sled to take a look and there was coolant laying...

3000 miles Yes track howl is very loud but as far as slide wear still on original hyfax with 3000 miles on them. They wore down to a certian point and stopped with the most wear at the rear. Sam
