    Sled is not charging while running, I have on all 3 wires .04-.06 ohm from stator plug to ground, grounding meter lead to over structure bolt just above shock mount, wire to wire across the plug is .03 each wire no change

    So when checking the stator I want my negative lead on ground? Positive lead to stator wires, or do I want to be checking the 3 wires with the negative and positive lead? With the negative lead clipped to the over structure bolt I have .04 on all 3 wires

    Anyone know what the factory setting is on the limiters? I feel like this was not set right from the factory or the straps stretched, I have them pulled as far in as they can go and the shock was only compressed less than 3/8 of a inch

    thats what i had thought at first but i had tightened them up one hole, i will post a pic after work of the shock body, the cap was unscrewed halfway before it ripped out

    14 xtx with 2500 miles, after looking at it more the shock cap was more than halfway out and ripped the threads out, ordered one next day air bc I have a trip planned this weekend but I'm still going to show the dealer

    Front arm shock exploded tonight on a ride, was about 5 miles in to the ride and it felt like something was bottoming out, looked around and saw a lot of oil in the track, got it home and found that the shock pulled apart, any possibility this is a warranty thing ? Never seen a shock do this before

    Removed clutch tonight after work to double check my work, clutch moves freely, weights move freely, spring is set in helix, went out for a ride and same results, beginning to wonder if the rivets I ordered weren't correct 90269-06006-00?

    I don't care about gas prices, would be nice to see a improvement over the 13mpg it's gets but I don't like how it feels like it's over over reving to turn 60-70 mph

    didnt have a target rpm, wanted to pull the rpms down significantly from 60-70mph, the trails we ride you can run 60-100mph easy all day. wasnt happy with the sled only doing 92mph stock and got looking on here for a solution and found the clutching thread. figured Id try it and see how it went

    Just did clutching on the cheap and have noticed no real difference over stock, 14 xtx stock no mods Gwg primary w/ 1 shim on sheave side, engage seems to be at 3800 very hard to tell tho, 3800-4200 is when the sled begins to move 8fp w/ 3.6 rivet 8dn 46/40 helix 6-1 wrap Osp belt adjuster Still...
