2009 xtx with a front shock that has the bolt hole worn through from studs rubbing on it... And it needs new bushings in it... limiter straps are just about worn through. What are my best options, don't want to do this every year. If I put a regular 144 m-10 under it then I may not have to...

I did mine with a spray can of that fusion paint. Held up really well last year. It says you dont have to but I did scuff my plastic up with a scotchbrite pad and cleaned them with a solvent before painting.

I dont know what you guys are talking about with increased body roll and raising the front end of the sled by taking out all the preload on the front ski shocks.... it does the opposite. When you screw all the preload out... it lowers the sled and flattens the a arms out. Makes the sled wider...

sj you are right on the money... but now I want to be able to go even softer on the whole setup then be able to dial back in... right now it cant go any softer... like you said, for this season its good.

I can too see how people would consider jumping ship... I bought a brand new leftover xtx this year. Motor is sweet, the handling is down right dangerous! I have done everything to think of, and heard of. I bought skis, runners. It still pushes through the corners... I will continue to wast ride...

I dont know just for giggles, check out your upper a arm bolts. some guys are saying they are coming loose. Maybe something on yours, hopefully a easy fix... Seems that this kind of stuff happens to me all the damn time too, get a nice new sled, ride it a few miles to find out I have now broke...
