problem resolved The problem was flooding during rapid deacceleration. This was caused by the float being out of spec.and needed adjustment. Check the float heights - 16mm for mine with the carb inverted, main jet pointing to 2the o'clock. Works awesome now...too bad the snow melted Monday.

#3 not firing I have the same problem with #3 not firing occasionally. I swapped coils and replaced the plug. Problem still remains with #3. Pulled the carbs for the 3rd time & cleaned. Could not find an issue. Any ideas?

y pipe I would normally weld it myself, except titanium requires a near 100% argon shield. Apparently this metal is welded in a bubble enclosure filled with argon gas. I would think few welding outfits would have that in their shop. Any leads on '03-'04 RX1 Y pipes?
