    Just got my sled back after the top gear give out. They replaced most of the parts in the chain case and the chain case itself The new top gear from Yamaha has 3 holes drilled through the gear and the bushing. My old gear had one hole in the gear but not through the bushing.

    I have 1800 miles on my srx and noticed a rattle/clicking noise at low speed. Noticed when I grab a little brake it goes away. The brake rotor is a bit loose. You can move it back and forth with your hand. Anyone know the fix for this?

    I have 400 hard miles on my srx with multiple runs over 120 mph and so far no belt issues! I am running 260 maxspool tune and the only thing I have changed are the weights in the primary. The back shift is weak, so going to try the secondary wrapped at 6-1 instead of the factory 3-3.

    Backshift isn't the greatest with that secondary setup. Wrapping it 6-1 will help but if you want it really snappy you would probably have to change helix and spring.

    Probably closer to 2000ft but don't want to say for sure. It was a rolling start as it still wants to spin with 144 1.325" studs in the 1" track I can measure next time I'm out.

    Stock helix and spring. Wrapped at 3-3 (Factory setting). Only thing I have changed are the weights in the primary Belt was definitely close to the top of the primary.

    Ya ok. I have multi map tune. 230, 250 and 260 hp. I Keep the rpms on the high side for the 260 tune so the 230 tune rpms aren't too low

    Its running 8900-9000 before it starts running out of gear. Seems good to me I think ben at TD recommends 70-72 grams for this setup

    Glare ice conditions on the lake so went out for a test. Not sure on the distance but didn't take long to run out of gear. RPMS started to climb around 124 mph and they were up to 9400from 9000 by the time I hit 127 mph so I let off the throttle MaxSpool16 and Dalton weights. Everything else stock

    I never had a problem with the primary rollers on 2 of my boosted Vipers. Both had high miles. Not sure why, just didn't have a problem!
