AHHHHHHHHHHHH got it ;)!
So here we are
1. Drain turbo directly in valve cover tapping new hole with new fitting
2. Use L/P evac kit to vent case and send back into oil tank & stock hole in valve cover..
3. Plug hole in case where turbo is draining now
4. let er ripppppppppppppp
p.s...
Yes there would be a huge problem. If I understand you. You are going to take the case breather hose and vent it to the valve cover? That would be the same as plugging it. KABOOM!
Chip I think he is referring to draining oil directly from turbo into valve cover and blocking hole in...
Thats what I talked to Turtle about today he seems to believe this will solve alot of the problem. Where did you purchase fitting I plan on trying this in conjunction with evac kit from Bob at L/P oil blow by should no longer be an issue!!! BTW are you going into stock hole or tapping a new hole???
I plan on doing a leak down test this week.. 6lbs no blowby----10lbs Exxon Valdiez style blowby--Last year smaller turbo 15lbs no blow by????? Maybee it is as simple as to much oil being fed into Turbo and going back into case..(Ihope!!!) I'll keep you posted
So is there a reliable fix, other than letting the oil leak onto the top of the motor as opposed to the bottom!! This has me a little concerned I lost about a quart in about 70mi's
I looped TORS :( I guess they put it there for a reason. I'll try reconnecting, adjusting cable, syncing carbs and hope for the best. Thanks fellas  I'll let you know how it turns out
I was used to adjusting Idle by turning the throttle cable out (SRX) I just looked in the manual and I see there is an idle screw :o| Would pulling the throttle cable to tight (no freeplay)cause this??? Sled is also very hard starting I have to hold throttle wide open to start.
My Yam clutch froze up should I spend the money to fix it or go with a used Polaris clutch?? I believe taper is the same, but don't know if it will bolt right on or what weights are working well for that setup?? Please help Thanks John
Took my 03 RX W/ N.east Turbo out last night took most of the bumps well, but over real big ones sled would either hesitate or just dye alltogether. Sled would start back up , but started real hard. Has any one else had problem with stalling over big bumps???
