Update:
Runs awesome now!
I set all floats to 13mm and replaced four rubber o-rings on the main jet holders. They were hard. I mean to remove them you had to use a knife to pry them off in pieces.
So the carbs are super clean and setup. It starts and and idles beautifully. I let it...
Just got it out of storage. Started right up, ran great until it warmed up. I mean it purred. Then like clockwork it died, wouldn't start back up, and all four plugs are black as coal. I'm beginning to think this has nothing to do with the tip over. I think it's tome to remove the carbs and...
No, not yet. But I'm sure it won't take much. Maybe what was suggested or maybe a bit of dirt in the carbs. It's ran super in the past as well it should, it's a minter with only 900 miles.

Storage related question.
Don't have the sled here now. Do you guys know, can you reach and turn the float bowl drain screws on a 2003 RX-1 without removing the carbs? From memory, I don't think it's possible.
To change the jets is easy. Just unscrew them and screw the new ones in.
As already said remove the pilots and give them a good cleaning too. I'm not sure how these are jetted from the factory or if you guys bump up a size.
