My Original Post:
I have Ted’s log style manifold in an RX1 and was very disappointed with the performance. I wasted close to two months of good riding trying to dial it in.
After I sent it back to Ted for modification (split down the middle) the manifold performance was close to my...

What did you do with your TAP manifold, did you get a refund or just eat the $1000. I not going to just fork out a $1000 for different header and Ted will not refund my money. I have a feeling even with modification this manifold will not work.
As some stated above I ride in the...
I have been reading and posting on the site for three year's. I have been riding a boosted RX1 with a modified CPR kit for about the same time period. In early February I decided to purchase a new manifold being sick of having my manifold fixed every 300-400 miles.
I looked around at...
I did call you in mid October and you said you would not fix the header! Please don't accuse me a lying, this is what you stated. I ended up welding it my self; I would have rather sent it to you to be fixed.
As I stated before I have sent the header to you in the past and you have fixed...
Thanks for the info everyone, I would also like to see the difference in new to old header. If the new header is so much better, then Jeff is saying original header had issues.
What I'm saying if I paid for a product that later was found to be defective why can't it be replaced with new...

Are you saying you will fix or replace the manifold.
I talked with you early this year and you said you would not warranty the manifold.
Please advise
I have a CPR kit and have had nothing but problems with the manifolds. I sent it back to Jeff three times for fixing or replace and every time it has broken again.
Has anybody tried the manifold from Turbine tech, it has a life time replacement. I ride in the mountains and heat...
I have a Heel clicker weight systems that I would like to try on my turbo rx1. Currently have stock weights (68 grams) and rollers.
Could someone please give some advive on starting weight and do I need to change rollers. Heel clicker weight with one whasher in the heel is around 60...
Brad Story is the one working on propane Apex, the article was in Snowest. He also turbo's some impressive M7. Look at link on snow west. http://www.snowest.com/?pageID=14&Iid=8
I’m working on a RX1 turbo project with a sled with reverse. To save my self some time has anyone put reverse kit back on with a rolled tunnel. Looks like I will just have to move everything down. Interested is anyone has done it.
Thanks
We rode with a two turbo M7 last April, pretty impressive I think they will hold there own with any RX1 or Apex. Not sure if engine will hold up one burned down the second day we rod. I can get you owner contact information if you like.
Besides a rolled case has anyone had much luck keeping the front end down when climbing extremely steep hills? Any advice or changes to the suspension would be appreciated.
Thanks
PS please send some snow to northern Nevada. Last year we had been riding 3-4 weeks by now.

Who has three OEM Yamaha head gaskets and how are they working. I will be putting my engine back together this week and need to decide how many head gaskets, two or three (stock pistons). Thanks for the help.
