Turbo Tim does.
I have a few hundred miles on mine now , even though I ride in the mountains , I very seldom go above 5000 feet . Matter of fact ,I've been riding in seward (lost lake area ) for most every trip this year , and it's just a little above sea level there . Manifold is working real well so far . I keep it between 16-20 pounds of boost.
Once I get my #*$&@ in gear, I will have one of Teds headers on my sled, i have gotten pretty quick in changing out the header, and it doesnt matter how makes it so far i cracked to different manf headers. The sled is only run above 5000ft, and 18 to 20lbs of boost according to the gauge. Summer project for this header.

Thanks for the info everyone, I would also like to see the difference in new to old header. If the new header is so much better, then Jeff is saying original header had issues.
What I'm saying if I paid for a product that later was found to be defective why can't it be replaced with new header.
I love my turbo, it's been great fun but the header has been problem since the first 200-300 miles.
If I send my header to Jeff to be fixed then I'm usually out two weeks of riding and shipping charges. As I stated before, Jeff would not fix the header until I made this post.
Looks like I'm going to have fork out 1k for a header that should have come with the kit I purchased.
Who has a CPR header with no breaks/cracks with at least 500 miles on it. Three pepole in my area with CPR kits and all had header problems in the first year installed.

My other sled has a Simons cpr kit with 1800 miles of hard riding on it (boost turned all the way up) , I installed it in 2004 . no probs. - original header .

This wont help you much but as products evolve they get better . That is how things are. Yes there is a better header now but at the time the old headers are what all the turbo designers were using, suck it up and buy a header fgrom Ted or Simons Jeff has them in stock as well. Trust me headers on turbo Yammies are a work of art as it is .I have built 5 now and I have to give the guys credit that do them everyday .You earn your money.

10000 ft..... you posted.... As I stated before, Jeff would not fix the header until I made this post.
that is a LIE, i have never refused anyone to warranty repair their header and update it with the extra braces for FREE.
YOU wanted me to send you a NEW header and i told you we don't do that. please don't put words in my mouth that suit your needs. send your header in and i'll fix it for free, just like i do for anyone that would have problems. jeff

I did call you in mid October and you said you would not fix the header! Please don't accuse me a lying, this is what you stated. I ended up welding it my self; I would have rather sent it to you to be fixed.
As I stated before I have sent the header to you in the past and you have fixed it, but it always breaks again. As was stated in a different post when I purchased the kit you did not say the header would have problems at high altitude, I even talked with you about jetting at the high elevation.
After I purchase a new header (not yours) I will send you the header for repairs and use it for a backup.
