I called the number listed on the site for Trail Tanks and they answered right away. They know about the problem and are sending a free kit out to fix the issue. Includes two o-rings as well as new screws and sealant.

STAIN, I bought a '22 SRX with the same tank and it is leaking like crazy through the screws that secure the pump/sending unit. What did you use for a sealant? Is there any sort of recall on this from Trail Tank or a possible fix/solution they suggest?

Easy now that you have it pulled apart as far as you do. Take Drive shaft out and then there are several bolts inside the tunnel that need to be removed and it will be out.

Gauge pod also showed only 0.8hrs of engine run time and the sled had over 3,000 miles on it when I bought it so that can't be right. Dealer informed me that the gauge pod is faulty and be the cause of the added miles more so than the speedo sensor coming loose. The gauge pod is getting replaced...

Had the SD-42 error code come up at the start of a 500 mile charity ride and had no way to put the speed sensor back in place and keep it there. Finished the charity ride and saw that the odometer advanced 2,700 miles instead of 500. Will a dealer correct this issue or am I screwed????

Denny, Yes bolts are out of the back of the clutch. T.P. told me to use the 8JP belt with this set up. This belt is new to me. I have always run the 8DN belt so I did not know the 8JP should be below by 1-2 mm. I will re-adjust

Any resolution to this issue? Just put the adjuster and a brand new 8JP belt on and cant get the belt adjusted to flush or slightly above the sheaves. I had TP go through both clutches, machine the flashing, balance them and then install their heavy hitter kit. Any suggestions for how to get it...

These skid mounted scratchers were on the sled when I bought it. Anyone know the brand they are? Lost the hanger on the other side and need to replace it but I have no idea what the brand is.

I have had several people PM me asking the total height of the track from base to top of stud so I thought I would put it on here for more info. Looks like it is 1-5/8" with track thickness, lug height and stud height above lug.
