What brand scratcher is this?

These skid mounted scratchers were on the sled when I bought it. Anyone know the brand they are? Lost the hanger on the other side and need to replace it but
I have no idea what the brand is.

The holder looks like it’s from a company called Ibex scratchers. Thx
