well I went back and checked the valve timing, adjusted it a we bit and installed the new TPS and double checked all the vacume and wiring AND voila! if fricken idles now....... not sure what the problem was but I think I might be the TPS was bad and not really showing it in the numbers...

hey guys i have a customers sled here with a bit of a problem. the sled has a mcxpress rear mount turbo with the 310 mapping on it. the sled runs fine but is very erratic when it comes to idleing. i can't seem to get it to idle very well and it takes a bit of burping the get it to rev up on the...

best thing you can do to that sled b is put polaris weights in the primary and a hyperlite secondary on it!!!!!!! just so happens i have done this to mine and it works awsome! the less spring pressures you run in both clutches the more eficient the sled is going to be. dallas

i was thumbing through one of the snow mags last year and saw a company that made an exhuast that fit completely under the tunnel of the rx/apex. now for some reason i cn't find the ad again. can someone point me in the right dirrection? if i can't find it i will have to get out the welder...

i kind of like the possition of where i sit on the sled. it might be a bit better for stand up ridning but i think would be way too far ahead for me when sitting down. as far as selling it i still have it for sale but if i end up riding it again this winter i will be totally happy!!!!!

there were a fair bit of intrest in the rooster late this winter but no one steeeped up witht he cash so if i have to ride it again i guess i will!!!WINK WINK!! some one has to!!LOL it was w GREAT advertizing tool for me last winter! i really liked it last year and it will be even better...

i am going to run the same turbo but i changed the fuel tank for better fit and more fuel and i am going to run a mcxpress cooler as i think they have the best set up for me. just a little fine tuning for the grim rooster.

i wish i would have known that they did that stuff before i bought this tank. i have the stock tank just sitting beside the house doing nothing! LOL

i bought a welded tank from dave at powder lites and he told me it held 33 liters. i have it now and it is definately bigger than my alum tank was!
