I PM'd Dave about this. Having the same problems with my trail version. He says he has a new prefilter coming for next fall. As a temp fix, I going to put some additional foan around the front of the filter to stop the snow that's coming in through the gaps in the bodywork.

It was -23C when I had my problem. It did start when I removed it from the trailer. It wouldn't start again 10 minutes later.

How much of a run do you need to reach 110? Best I've seen with my Hurricane turbo is 105 in about 1500 feet on a plowed track. Stock, it was tapped out at 95 on snow.

Is there any option to put in better relays?

I'm currently running Pilot 5.7's. I heard that the Snowtrackers worked well so I a bought a set back before Christmas. I guess I will have to bolt them on the stock skis and try them out.

I was not impressed with the Float 3's last season. I just picked up a set of Evol X's and hoping they make a significant difference. Haven't had a chance to try them yet.

Hmmm, I am learning from your pics that the bung on mine was welded too far to the outside. I just went to install my sensor and can't close the side panel all the way. I can also see that my heat shield is bent, probably from shipping.

I was thinking the same. My buddy has a business working on hot rods. He's getting me the gauges and said he had lots of different plugs we could use to make the hood easy to detach.
