Finally got around to checking out the wiring, You were absolutely correct! The ground wire is open. I verified it with the schematic. With a jumper wire to ground, I was able to turn the heaters up and down. It's nice to have them turned down a bit since we are no longer in the sub zero temps...

Has anyone experienced the condition where the heater switch does not activate the graphic bar? Happening only handlebar heater side, thumb warmer works fine. Swapped switches from thumb warmer to hand grips and hand grips still won't come up. The hand grips are working on high and and too hot...
