Thanks Cannondale. Its a blast! The little phazer engine is very impressive. Thanks again for the help, I'd probably still be working on it. More/better vids to come.
New starter relay= much better starting times.
Finally made a mount for my gopro.
Quick vid of the buggy in the woods. Nothing special.

Thanks guys and I agree Cannondale!
This little engine runs fantastic now!
Unbelievable how fast it revs up.
Heres a quick phone vid of my daughter driving in my yard. I will be back with better vids soon for those interested.

I want to thank you guys big time for all the tips! Especially Cannondale and Moose for keeping me moto-vated!
I still have some issues to work out (fan is not coming on) but minor compared to what I just went through.
I will be providing some much better videos in the future so check...
It revs up! Its mind boggling that those little cranks and rods can respond that fast!
So, hopefully I can keep this short. IT WAS the two wires on the short harness going to the injectors. R/B and R/L were switched. I also switched the wires right at the injector like I did earlier(I...
Good call moose ,I had that happen once a long time ago on my 67 camaro.
A couple days ago I was trying to smell the oil. Didnt smell like gas or seem over filled but if it starts and idles I will change it.
Theres an extremely thin chance that I got it fixed, or at least found a big problem.
Red/black and red/blue wires where switched at the sub-harness for the injectors. Red/blue (common) was going to the ECM instead of the red/black.
It revs up now. It wont idle but the plugs are still...
Not sure if this means anything but, they are not the same.(resistance in injector wires)
I clipped my ground lead onto the main ground for the EFI.
Meter set on 20m
CYL.1
red/black .04
red/blue 4.7
Cyl.2
green/black 5.0
red/blue 4.7
Is the green/black 5.0 too high? Cyl.2 is the...
"You have narrowed it down to just the injector wire to the cylinder that is NOT getting hot"
You nailed it Mr Cannondale!(notice i use Mr. now)
I pulled the #1 plug and injector harness, no run, not even a pop.
Pulled the #2 injector harness and plug and it starts right up on #1 cyl...
Thanks Cannondale. I gotta say your posative attitude really helps! This thing is really getting on my nerves now and it makes it much easier to continue working on it when I read posts like this.
I did not check the resistance in the injector wires yet,I ran out of time today looking for some really small pins to fit into the connector. That will be next. And yes, it does seem to be a fuel problem.I did swap the injectors, no difference. But if I swap the wire, the problem stays with the...
Damn! I just noticed over 1200 views! Thanks again to the guys that tried to help. I thought for sure someone here would nail it quick. Must be more riders than mechanics.
Tried the new ECM, same issue.
Installed the wires for the grip warmer, cycled the rest of the self diagnostic funtions. Nothing appears to be bad. Coils fire ok, injector relays fire ok, Pressure sensors check ok. Cleared all the stored codes(from cranking with stuff disconected).
If I...
With the battery charged no2 is like you said, seems fine. Its hard to tell from the vid but no1 is pulsing twice for every one of the other cyclinder, and it seems to be every revolution. Its really putting out a lot of fuel! And like I/ you said this could be from the start-up mode. But I have...
