I was having problems with mine after a wash without a dry. The light would work after 30 min. or so of riding and be ok until cold again, found out there was moisture inside so I flushed out with silicone spray and has been ok since.
P.S. I removed the switch to do this
I have tried everthing! These things just love to be beat and they are good. Try to ride slow or fast over groomed trails and they fight you! sTILL LOVE IT THOUGH!
You are probably bottoming the front arm. Mine is all set on soft except for center shock almost all the way stiff and I weigh 235lbs. Stock it was on low and bottomed all the time-good now.
Don't know the exact weight but the thing feels like a feather. I have owned many sleds and this one is the most fun ever! I feel like I am snowmobiling again and the thing has great power for what it is. I have had to rx1's and an apex and around here I don't miss them one bit!
The dry...
I have 700 miles and only time light came on was the first 100 miles if I stopped for a minute or more. I don't have the concern any more! It will create alot more heat when brand new!
Hit a tree when I went off the trail. Bent ski and spindle. Steeing goes all the way to lock and spindle bottoms on lower a arm causing the bend. Mine is not bent as bad as some on here.
176 miles and checked mine, nut in bottom of belly! Resecured it and all seems ok. I did have the front emblem fall off in the first mile also.
I think everyone should check theirs!
So far I love this thing!!!!!!
