Well we had a crap season last year with super low snow, managed to get out a few times but never in any proper snow. only put on 500kms total last season, so hoping this season we can get more snow or i guess i will be driving to the good stuff.

to turn a 153 into a trail machine you need (i know you already have some of these) trail front end 40 or 42" with sway bar xtx gearing 21/49 clutching smaller track extra idler wheels (look at the 14 m8000 part diagram for them) dupont sliders then you will want to do some suspension changes...

It has been done a lot of times. I don't think there is a kit to buy. But you maybe able to find someone who did it and ask. I was also considering it.
