Tom, what ken means is the right side "Bello". Theres 4 of them on the Apex, the right side one seem's to crack after a few thousand miles. Remove your fuel tank, and the aluminum heat sheild and have a look. The 4 Bello's are are whats inbetween your motor and your 2 Ti pipes.

Do let it idle too long, it will melt the track !

First off, at a weight over 220 i would run the heavy'r torsion spring from Yamaha. Also, the bump stop eliminates that spring from completly collapsing which makes for a comfy'r ride also adding a little better rebound, but mainy reduces bottoming of the rear of the skid. The stock skid in...

Thinking of putting the wider short track front end on my mountain sled and loved Ohlin shocks in the past. Anyone running these shocks ? If so, stock valveing ? How do ya like them etc etc ??? Thanks to those who can shed some light for me.

Sorry, i should have clarified that i was putting on the 2.5" lug track in a 162 not a 174. The 2.5 fit in my sled, as expected it does fit tight near the front heat exchanger on the bulkhead but it does fit. Test ride this weekend !
