the 2 wires are on the passenger side up near the exhaust intake.. they have the round ends already on the wires its constant power for the accesory plug that come up through the front plastics

heres my switch for my backup light on my 04 Grizz ya cant see it in the pic but it has a blue LED that lights up when on so u dont forget about it at nite

up in the front there is a constant power and ground that isnt used .. hook that to a toggle switch and then splice it into your 2 fan wires and it will come on when the temp switch tells it too and also whenever you throw the toggle switch

the 1st gen Grizzlies were notorious for the steam stalling problem hot engine hitting water and a ton of steam of the pipe and engine try hitting the holes slower or try and make a guard that covers the front of the engine a snorkel on the air intake also will help

The mod on Grizzhoppers site is for a 660 only you will need a manual to find the rev wire a scotch lock a short piece or wire to ground to the frame and or a toggle switch to turn the mod on and off all u need to do is find the reverse wire that runs to the cdi and short it out

im gonna get a couple new ones tonite as the old ones show the tires and rims from a friends quad on it.. but heres a pic of it last yr with out the rhinolining and his rims and tires i borrowed

Bought May of last year. Just shy of 2000 miles on machine. Has new front wheel bearings, new front pads and rear shoes. Recent oil change. Jet kit and K/N filter. A-arm guards, handle bar boots for winter riding. Great for working around the house with a yard cart. push button 2wd or 4wd...
