I'm picking up my snow checked Apex in oct. and want to buy the Grizz 700 to go with it. What has some of your experiences been with purchase's verse's suggested retail on Yamaha quads ?
Suggested is 7999.00 , Should I expect to get it for less or is this what I'll pay reguardless ? Do the dealers play a bit more on the price of say a Kodiak 450 verse's the Grizz ? I'm new on the ATV side but been with TY on the sled side for years. THX

I have seen the grizz 660 go from $300 to $500 below retail.

My grizz is a 05. I bought it new as a left over when the 06's came out. I paid $1000 under list price. $6250

I'm going to ask for the dealer to throw in a winch and I'll pay extra for the other things, unless he's willing to drop the price more on a Kodiak, or add more accesories for same price. I'm going through outlaw Motorsports and they are phenominal on sled prices, best around , bar none on west coast. They'll be moving into a new facility in the fall and picking up the rest of the Yamaha lines, atv,water craft etc. So I can't bicker right now on price I'll have to wait until he get's it, Oct. some time. They've already got my sled though ...!

I think mine was around 6250 new with the winch...but not sure on retail in 03.

You shouldnt have to end up paying list price. Any decent dealer should be selling enough ATVs that they wont need to charge list.
Besides, if you are already buying a $10,000+ sled from them, they should be cutting you one heck of a deal on the quad.

Over in the highlifter forum they are talking $7200 otd.

I'm all in if i can get an 07' out the door for 7200.00, I could have the extra's added I want and be at the suggested retail price, that would be great. Time to talk with the dealer and find out when they get there atv line in
