Extreme Max Monster M2 shop dolly

Quite a difference in price, $445 for the extreme max vs $180 for the eazymove dolly. Does the extreme max function better or do different things than the eazymove does?

    Cable scratchers on the skis.

I saw that a couple people had put cable scratchers on the inside of the skis on their sidewinders and wondered if there was any issue with doing this on my apex. I was looking at the trail blizzers...

    2007 Apex won't start cold. ( -20 C -5 F)

Got it all back together! Big thanks to Apexallday! Used Motobatt MBTX20u which is 310 cca. The local battery place had it in stock and recommended it over the Yuasa battery. Supposed to be the exact same size as the Yuasa AGM 310cca. It had really good reviews on line, so I decided to try...

Thank you very much for the help, I do have a question if you have a second. Looking at the speedometer cluster, I see two philips screws on either side of the speedo, then below I see two allen screws spread out on either side. Which two do I have to remove to take off the cluster. Also...

    2007 Apex won't start cold. ( -20 C -5 F)

It would be really cool if the next time you experienced guys did something like change the oil or change the battery you just took a video doing it, then posted it in the FAQ sections. Watching someone do something like that certainly makes it simpler for us newbies. Thanks for all the help!

    2007 Apex won't start cold. ( -20 C -5 F)

Has anyone looked at the Motobatt MBTX20u? It has the same dimensions as the YTX20H-BS and is supposed to be better built.

    2007 Apex won't start cold. ( -20 C -5 F)

Wow, I was looking at replacing the battery, and I am rather new at this, but it looks like I have to pretty much completely disassemble the sled to replace the battery! Yikes!!

I'm curious. When should a stock 12 Apex clutch engage?

I probably will check the belt, I would rather do it once in good conditions so I know what I am doing rather than try to figure it out for the first time when it goes on a trail at -20 in 4' of snow at night. Thank you very much for the help!

I'm curious. When should a stock 12 Apex clutch engage?

Do I have to remove the belt when I replace the spring or not? I watched an install video of the ulmer clutch kit, which obviously does more than replace just the spring, but they start that video by removing the belt. Just curious. I ordered the spring. Should be fun!

I'm curious. When should a stock 12 Apex clutch engage?

How much of a job is it to replace the stock clutch spring with a new one? I am not completely inept, but have never done any work on sleds before.

    Drilling an apex.

My thoughts were under the light just in front of the center rivet.

    Drilling an apex.

They are from yamaha, but I have no idea if they are for the apex or not. Where the rear most buckles were attached to the snowmobile causes the straps to go in front of the exhaust. I was just hoping to move the rear connection point so I could use them.

    Drilling an apex.

I just purchased a 2015 apex xtx. It came with a rear saddle bag that has been, well melted is probably the correct word. The back to straps that connect to the very back of the sled both are melted off. I was hoping to still use it and was thinking of drilling a hole and putting an eyebolt...
