One thing I would highly recommend is to get Cr Racing suspension brackets and ditch that oem bumper. It did not take much to tweak my brackets on my viper. Replaced them with the Cr brackets and threw on a Roge Concepts rear bumper and now I never have to worry about bending my rear tunnel ever...
My starter went out on me when my sled caught fire. Viper would crank twice then nothing. All it would do is just arc once the positive wire touches the positive on the battery. New starter and it cranks like it should.

I had a DieHard battery in mine that lasted 5 years. Battery had a date of 21'. I don't remember when I first replaced the Battery, if I was to guess it was 22. I got a orilleys super start for the time being.
All my buddies give me crap for riding a 4 stroke but in all honesty I love my turbo viper. I ride off trail 95% of the time and I still get stuck here and there but its a part of the game. I've rode with a few guys on here off trail last year(also turbo vipers) and they can ride circles around...
I had the exact same one on my 11 Nytro xtx. I sold it to my buddy a couple of years ago now. It's at my house currently. When I get time I'll take a look and send some pictures. I'm pretty sure it pluged into the factory kill switch harness

Here's a 110# cat spring. I don't remember what the rate was on our stock spring. Could try calling country cat and seeing if they can point you in the direction of a 160lb spring.

As an update after the "reset" which was just simply pushing firmware.... still hasn't fixed it... threw gems back on and problem solved.... On our way home I sent an email to Dynojet letting them know the firmware did not solve my issue. Guess I will be waiting to see what Dynojet has to say...
