Air Box Isn't froze up, I've Pretty well eliminated everything but the electrical somewhere, I will be taking it to the dealer tomorrow to get looked at, and also have all of the updates done to it

a little loud, but it sounds awesome in my oppinion, it also seems that the shift rpm increased, and its alot torqueier (sp?) off the bottom end

I have also checked the plugs, cleaned the carbs, and choke seems to be working correctly, Another thing that i forgot to mention, was that out of that times that you try starting it you'll get it running for a min, and then it will just shut off on you out of nowhere......

Spittin and sputtering only after warmed up and shut off, when i go to restart just spits and sputters till after you start it a half dozen times and then you might get lucky and it will run halfways decent, I've Checked all of the connections under the hood unplugged and replugged, checked...

Just Installed one on my mountain, awesome silencer, sounds great, gives that added sound that I was looking for!!

anythings possible i guess, yami said that even though its out of warranty, since there were 3 other claims under warranty, the will fix it for nothing, and are giving my buddy a loaner for the week.....so not such a bad deal i guess

Yami Told Them not to put a new helix on but to just replace the halves, also, the shaft has been checked for being out of around, and has also been properly aligned and tightened down. Even when new bushings were put in, when it was reset it was checked for alignment, perfect everytime

My buddy's 04 warrior has been in the shop under warranty 3 times already for this problem, about every 370 miles or so (give or take a few) The Bushing for the secondary eats the bushing and spits it out the back side on the shaft, in for the 4th time right now, supposedly a tech from yamaha is...
