My Attak did the same thing. I put a pair of Simmons on. Shimmed them and set them parallel to one another. Problem solved, I love way he handled. No darting, easy steering and minimal push in the corners. Also great deep snow flotation.
My Attak had the same low speed jerking and it really sucked. I put a Hauck clutch kit in it and now its awesome. Just a primary and secondary spring installed in about 20 min and it solved the problem. I run simmons as well. Once I shimmed them and adjusted to parallel they work great.

The dealer says the cotter pins are a thing of the past. I know my previous sleds had them as well. My wife's 05 Vector doesn't have one.
I wish they were still on them.
I've been on this website mang times but this is my first post. Came off my wonderful Viper to try a new Attak this year. Love the sled, but at 350 miles the rear axle came out and tore up the back end. I had to have my buddy on his Doo tow me in. He is really bummed he didn't have his camera...
