Telling someone seems like a free jacket and throwing this emotion ;):D to it doesn't come off as someone trying to cheer me up. I didn't take it that way. It seemed like he was trying to tell me stop whining it's a free coat.
Just the way I took it.
Ryan let me get this strait it's alright for raginyamaha to come on a post and add nothing value and I'm just suppose to sit back and take it??? Why don't you tell raginyamaha unless he has something of value to add to a post his smart azz comments are unneeded. I mean really his posts added...
Sounds like the 6 week thing is standard. I'm cool with that but because my dealer didn't submit my information I'm going to have to wait 12 weeks. Oh well what can you do
Why don't you shut your mouth. no one asked you to post your opinion. If Yamaha says you get a coat as part of the snow check then I should get it when I pay for the sled.
Called Yamaha and they said my dealer never finished my paper work. Now I may have to wait an additional 6 weeks to receive this coat. I picked this sled up on December 5th and because of the screw up I have to wait. It just kills me that they made the mistake and now I have to wait.
Not cool!!!
There are two reasons to go with the X wheels in my opinion.
1. Eliminates hyfax wear
2. Eliminates Drag caused by the OEM wheels being to small.
When we installed these we actually had to use eh break more. When you came to a stop sign instead of the sled slowing down on it's own...
Can someone explain to me how a larger wheel with a fresh hyfax is any different then a Small wheel with a worn Hyfax? If you bent a rail I can tell you it had zero to do with the wheels. It would have bent regaurdless of the wheels. The guy who rides the XTX is a former Motocross rider. he...
The fact is every other oem installs a larger wheel then Yamaha. this is one of the reasons Excel Offered the X wheel. We installed these on two 2011 Apex's and all Hyfax wear was eliminated. We also gained 5 to 6 MPH. Putting a hyfax on that lasts longer doesn't fix the drag issue that causes...
It's so amusing to see posts like this. You don't like the cat because it looks different?? Never mind the fact that it is head and shoulders better then any a arm sled for flat corning on the market. I onwned not one but 2 rtxse's and I sold the second one because it flat out didn't corner...
How would you roost somthing you have zero chance of ever being in front of??? Seriously these cats ate rockets. I owned a nytro so I have a great idea of what it's capible of.
Not quite the same. yamacharger clutching pc5 is about 2800.00 MCX200 is 5300.00.
But i hear you.
We did an airbox mod to a friends 2011 and it went slower on the bottom and mid. We added a pc5 and it screams. There is no doubt in my mind you needed a pc5 on your sled.
I had a 2011 apex and the Etec 800, Cat 800 and Z1 turbo all run right with or ahead of the Apex if they get the hole shot or your racing in deep snow. If your racing on ice or hard pack and you get a great hole shot the apex wins. forget about it in deep snow the heavier apex stands no chance...
