So in theory, the arrow on the exhaust gear should point directly at the line on the intake gear?
Mine looks like the pic in your photobucket
Let me ask you this. Why isn't this done at TDC of the firing stroke?
The lines and arrows appear to be in the same position, and the cam lobes are at...
Hey TY family
I've read through all the threads I could find on this issue, but I'm a little lost.
This sled was acting up when starting. It would just spin and not engage.. When it did engage, it would bang and skip and make all kinds fuss before it would start.
I decided to pull the mag cover...
Is a clutch puller needed to take the clutch off the RS motor or is it splined?
If puller is need, is the phazer/nitro puller the same?
Does anyone know where to get the grunt & spider tools for the RS clutch?
Did anyone ever come up with the fix for transfer rod clunking noise on the...

This is going sound like a crazy question and may already been asked,
What's going to happen when a tons of people start using the curve skis
and compacting there own groves all over the trails, then the same model sled comes along with the same skis
and gets sucked in that groove set by...
What pilot skis are the best?
1. The older ones with a skeg on both outer sides and a concave center
2.The ones that came after that, with one skeg in the middle and one on the outer edge?
3. Or the new one with one skeg in the middle?
My bad on this one....
If you turn the skis all the way to the right you can view it right from where the back of the hood meets the plastic..
You will need to stick a small pen light in there to see the color of the dot.
The dot is indeed on the back side "aVenture said, not like the pic...
If you look down the right side of the motor, just behind the drive chain case. just in front of the rear motor mount.
You will see it sticking out the back of the motor...
You should see a blue or orange dot
