127 on the dreamola was only 105 GPS? That's scary to think how far off these speedometers are.
I too have come across some pretty strong F7s, all of which I found were 2003s but I've seen a few slouches as well. I'll still take my stock Apex and ride all day without having to worry about...
You can run them from the old Pro-Action chassis. The part number should pop up say if you were to look at an online fiche for either a Viper, SRX, etc. I personally prefer the narrow slides on my Apex.
I've got a 2006 Apex ER that I'd part with, and I'm not far from you (central MN). PM me if you are interested and I could arrange to let you ride it if you're interested and the snow stays around long enough.
That has to give you extra piece of mind when you purchase the extended warranty, huh? I also can't believe what they pinch you guys for price wise on a new machine.
I find it easiest to twist the helix itself to separate the sheaves on the secondary. A second set of hands does help but is not absolutely necessary in a pinch. It's a good thing a guy doesn't blow many belts on these Yamahas. Still on my original at 4600 miles, but may change it before next...
I like my Skinz trail series a lot. I do agree they interfere with the use of the bar hooks for cornering but it sure is nice to keep some of that wind off your hands!
I'll give up the He-Man card for the remaining season if it means not having to stroll around the rest of my life on an artificial hip. The doctor has already threatened me with it once. Besides, I need to punish the snowmobile for putting me in this state. An extra month in the shed and she may...
If only my fractured hip would permit me to ride any more this year. Conditions last weekend up in borderland were good, and I'm sure things are probably just as good if not better over towards the lake. Enjoy the riding and maybe I'll catch you next season!
I was up there this past weekend and had a good time. The trails were a bit busier than I had been expecting, but were still in wonderful condition. How was the trail to Kettle Falls? I didn't make it there this time around.
I do not own one, but would like to. My brother just bought an extended 08 RTX and it is a lot of fun to ride. I love my Apex but the Nytro just has a completely different feel. My next sled is going to be a long track and the XTX I think would fit the bill for me perfectly. My riding season...
Try Heinen's in Osseo. They had a few XTX machines on Ebay last week and the prices seemed quite good. Is it Brother's that still has the 08 standard Nytro?
Cliff Rue does have a couple in stock and I called them today. $7999 is the price they gave me over the phone, but you may be able to talk them down a bit more??
