the oil light is level only. if you have verified there is the proper amount of oil you can drive the machine. the dipstick works off of electrical resistance. the fluid creates a ground. simplely asking did you top off the fluid. you siad it was almost full, why not try it filled.

well boys supply is down do to low demand. prices have to go up when you are selling a lot less. i think you are going to see everything go up. dollar is in the toilet, nobody spending money, get used to it. snowmobiling is a dying recreation. in the next 2 years we will see at least...
THE ONLY PROBLEM with a out of country sale is the dealer in the states does not get the holdback or any mfg rebates if he uses your canadian address. this drives the price up if done properly. no warranty in canada also. if purchased using same in state address as dealer then there are state...
they are shipping more than attaks, every model was sold for a 20% discount to the dealer plus all sales programs-customer cash. so the discount would be $2800. then the dealer still has the holdback and 17% profit to work with. so he earned about a $1000 on the sale. still a very good price to...
you want agressive steering stud boy makes shaper bars for them. you will need some popeye arms on the hardpack though.. you might want to adjust the transfer rod for more ski pressure first. also simmons comes with around 75 not 60 degree carbide.

I can see your point to a certain extent, also b/c you are a the competition. But I spoke to Yamaha and the rep told me Yamaha does not dictate to their dealers what to sell the sleds for. (Please bgbystoys correct me if Im wrong here) Nor the price of the warranty in that instance of...
Happy shopping!!!
on the same attak gt it is $275 up front difference. you have to factor in the different dealer charges for freight and prep. plus you can go back to filers and get your $100 price gurantee bounyus. the warranty is a yes contract from yamaha, filers wants $1000 and troy city...
mike, simmons says 0 toe out in the insturctions. thats where i run them seem fine. you need a straight edge along side the track to set your parallelism.

go to www.troycitygarage.com. they have the prices beat and his warranty prices are outrageous at filers. $7924 for attak gt plus the warranty that filer wants $1000 for is $275 at troy city, i guess he could be paying out a lot of money on his best price gurantee
i would say no, if you are riding in ny conditions are less than perfect. it is better to break off at the nuts than have holes in the track. the taller nuts will probably make the studs rip out.
you got overcharged. the excahnger as a accesory form yamaha is like $80. takes no more than 2 hours to install. you might want your dealer to explain your bill in a little more detail.
as for the grips working or not working, different riding time frame between stops, speed and actual outside...
how did you vary the ski pressure? not knowing i can tell you the easiest way to reduce ski pressure is to adjust the weight transfer. more threads showing lighter steering is achieved. if you have shaper bars on that can also be part of the problem.
Re: 06 GT- Very Pissed
here is the problem yamaha damped and sprung that for a flat groomed trail- no very big or any bumps at all. all apex gt's need a heavier spring and new valving if you are aggressive rider. my friends gt was revalved and resprung and has run through moguals at very high...
if you are going to use hand guards of any brand get the poer mad gauntlets. they are made to work with hand guards. used them this past weekend very easy on off. the opening is very large and it stays open because of the hand guard.
there is a relay that under 4000 rpm's divert power to the fuel injection system. that is in there so if your battery is a little low the machine will run properly when warming up. so no your grips really won't work at idle, they never will.
