Got the RX-1 almost done!!! It's at Outlaw Motorsports having Dustin install the turbo. Can't wait for the snow to fly!!! I'll post more pics when I get the sled back.

Is this a drop and roll? If so, check the paddles for contact on the jackshaft with the 2.5" paddles it may be slapping that as it turns. I was changing out my 151 x 2, to a 162 x 2.25 Mav with a drop and roll and noticed that the clearance between the jackshaft and the track was minimal.
I...
A teaser!
Here's a pic with the tunnel in place. Haven't got much further, been gathering misc. small parts to complete. I'll post more when I have the suspension under it. Had all the front suspesion PC'd the Candy Blue to match the tunnel. I'll get pics of that too.

Actually not so. I've got the Boss Noss system on my MM, but the Boondocker system uses the float bowl pressure for added fuel delivery.
It creates a low pressure situation in the airbox when the NOS is actuated. So, it is a bit different.

I assume you have the track aligned properly? Does the thump change when you change track tension? Drive shaft bearings still good? Drive chain tensioned correctly? Is this a new thump? Is it getting worse?
Track is aligned properly, drive shaft bearings are new'ish with maybe 700 miles on...
I've got a really silly question. I installed anti-ratchet drivers on my MM700. I've been running them for about a year and half and now I'm seeing wear on the front of the drive tooths that run the track hole. Also, I get a thumping noise, which I'm pretty sure is the driver just catching...
O.K., either I'm searching the correct words or there isn't any info on this.
I just installed Boondocker NOS kit with the new regulator on my '03 RX-1 Mtn. I'm running the stock airbox with no mods. I am currently running 132.5 mains and I ride from 3000-7000 ft.
With this system what...
Here it is!
I'm trickin' out the RX-1, figured it's bought and paid for, so time to sink some moola into it.
She's all tore down and ready for the Van Amburg tunnel I just got today. Drove to Yakima this afternoon and picked it up, SWEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!! It's Metallic Black and Candy Blue...
I'll have mine next Friday, I'll post pics once I get it. If you order one don't be in a big hurry, it takes awhile, but it is def worth the wait!!!!

700scott - Thanks for the offer, but I'm in Oregon!
efiguy - I'm running 3000-7000 ft at mild temps, usually not below 20 deg. How many sizes would you recommend increasing he main jet?
Thanks again guys,
Semi ;)!
:o| I am still running the air box, put in two nozzles with the new regulator. I have done nothing with carbs, bone stock.
Thanks for all the info!

A ya, probably should have elaborated a little more. This is off the bottle, haven't even filled it yet! If it is the pressure in the float bowls, how do I purge them?
Thanks,
Semi :o|
I just installed a Boondockers kit on my '03 RX-1 and now it won't rev over 6K RPM. What did I do wrong?
Any and all help and info is appreciated!!
