ground blocks Had the same thing happen to me. No codes but would crank. Check the ground block by the clutch on the main wiring harness. There are multiple posts about this on this site. Good luck.

iac valve cleaning If you plan on cleaning the iac be carefull on what you take off. The two lines going to the one end of the iac have coolant running through them. When I took of the bottom one coolant poured out of it. It is better to leave those lines on and unscrew that front part off...

fixed Figured out my no start issue. Turned out to be the ground block by the primary clutch. Thanks for the helpful post on it.

upper wheels Get yourself a sacrifical bolt of the same size as the one holding the wheel on which gives you something to tap on. Worked well for me. Also get yourself good bearings for the wheels original ones are scrap.

upper idler wheels Get yourself a diposable bolt of the same size that you took off and hit it with a hammer while holding the wheel. It will come off. Repeat on the other side. Bearings are replaceable get good ntn ones.

If your wire was cut at the end when you fix it use electrical tape and wrap the wire at the end of the solenoid with it. After having my wire cut several times this solved it. Good luck.

tunnel protector I would bet that fixing the tunnel protector would stop that noise. Had the same problem with mine . The noise drove me nuts. Had to rivet it from the top of the tunnel just under where the donuts are. Worked like a charm.
