help need t/s info on 08 apex code 43 wont start or crank

tested fuel pump and starter all is good but wont crank,,tried ecu swap,,no good,,wheres the fuel relay or is there a fuel pressure switch in the circuit??/

I am also having a no start issues with my apex. Does the fuel pump cycle as it normally does when u turn the key? My doesn't. In my attempt to fix it i did find that my ground block on the clutch side towards the front had some burn marks in it. I took the block off and joined the wires together and it at least will now crank. There are some pretty good posts on how to find the ground blocks on this site. Hope that helps u a little. Still can't get mine to go.
