    Brake Light

    I was told by people i ride with dont you use your brake ? Maybe mines not coming on? I found I don`t use it alot because of engine breaking.But when I do use it i`m in deep to the corner and I usually lock the track.I will check mine when im in the garage next & post the outcome.

    Pulling out the skid, who has done it?

    loosen off the rear axle bolt and slacken your track all the way.this will give you more room to pull the suspention out.

    Does anyone else have up and down play on there front shocks. Found attachment bolts to be out of spec. Shank of bolt Measures 0.358" Threaded part 0.390".So it didn`t matter how tight the bolts were there was all way play.

    clutch HELP?!?!?!?

    When you put your secondary together put the spring in A on the sliding sheeves & #1 position on helix. Hold the helix and turn the sliding sheeve counterclock wise to a twist angle of 45 degrees.Push down on helix and install washer and snap ring.

    I Don`t think you drive light should be blinking,With the key on engine not running.Shift from drive to rev to see if you get a solid yellow light? If you do get a solid yellow start it up and see if your rpm go past 4000rpm. Go back in forth from rev to drive it should give you a solid light.

    Just a thought. If your drive light is blinking,try to turn the gear box or the secondary clutch until the light is on. Motor off.You could be stuck between gears.

    Thanks for the reply.I will call the dealer and try to get the side panels. Other than this I have no problems with the phazer.

    Removed the rear tunnel cover.Did not remove fwd cover. went for a 30 km ride.Rear sub frame warm. No water leakage from front cover to leak on my boots. I`m going to leave mine this way.Muffler still get really hot. Weather -4c. Heavy snow fall.Drive 15km turn around tracks are covered in.
