Thanks for the info. Cap was off the tank so that eliminates the vent tube. Took the petcock apart and flows plenty. Will pull off the carb tomorrow.

I think the fuel is OK. This only happened while climbing a moderate incline. Once over the top they ran fine all day.

Problem solved. Removed the primary clutches and cleaned them. Replaced the worn cam that was worn. They both run like a charm now and upshift properly. Looks like the clutches should be checked and cleaned about very 1,000km. Oh ya, the price if the worn cam was $16 CAD. Pretty...
