If anyone is thinking about getting Yamaheaters and hasn't done so, do it now! Rock is the best Customer Service person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I had a slight problem with the heater on my Girlfriends Phazer and Rock went above and beyond the call! He is awesome and the...
Hit 109 a number of times on the Speedo on the Turtle Flambeau Flowage in WI last Satruday on harpack at 15 degree temp. I have Ulmer Clutch Kit, CR10 plugs, Excell Header and K&N Filters. It screams!!!!
Hey, on the Nytro, is there an open plug to install the heated shield?
Also, is there another open plug to install the cigarette/accessory plug in the dash?
I have the 09 RTX that didn't come with the cigarette plug.
Thanks for the help.
I Grease everything and put Seafoam in my gas tank, make sure it runs long enough to get through all the fuel lines and that's it. My Girlfriend has an 07 Phazer with only about 3,000 miles and my 09 Nytro has 4555 miles on it and have never had a problem. Have never even done anything with...
Exhaust donuts? Mine were shot at 3,000 miles. I know bad donuts will make it backfire. The donuts are a covered item from Yamaha if you still have warranty.

I only changed mine because we were going on a trip with very marginal conditions. They could have gone longer but I didn't want to chance it.
I changed them to medium from soft after it bottomed so easily with me pushing on it and wouldn't come back up unless I lifted it up. Do I have to pull the skid to get the shock out?
Thanks for all of the comments and ideas.

It's not on Dollies. It's my girlfriends sled, it only has 3,000 miles on it. It has never acted the way it does now. I turned the clicker all the way to hard from where it was set, about 5 clicks from full soft and it didn't make a difference. I can only assume the shock needs a rebuild. I...
My sled has this shock in it.
Is it rebuildable? It doesn't come up after I push down on the back of the sled.
Who would you suggest I have do it?
Cost estimate?
Thanks,
