i was looking for the same problem on my apex gt and it was recommend to shave on both sheave (primary) .010 and test it with a black marker to see how far it goes and may be another .005 if not enough to get the maximum range anything for the secondary ???

jobs is done on my side speciel thanks to rockerdan for the info and may be two little thing is to use high temp antiseize for exhaust bolt related and i buffed all the edge of those clamps wich are very very sharps and this would prevent some crack on flange in the future kep up the good work...

hi guy's i heard those exhaust clamp has to be slightly modified to raise pressure around the exhaust otherwise the problem with the donut will comeback very soon did somebody tried that ?
